“Thank you Dean for getting me going with my first pair of progressives. I just purchased a second pair that are tinted so I don't have to deal with clip ons for sunglasses. “Dean, the owner of Dr. Specs Kelowna location is absolutely amazing at what he does. I went in and spoke with him before getting glasses. Asked if he knew anything about specialized glasses for people that have suffered TBI’s, and concurrent concussions, vestibular migraines, and light sensitivity etc… not only did he know about such things he explained exactly what I needed. There hasn’t been anyone else that has been able to help me since I was first diagnosed over 6 years ago. And my eyes had gotten worse and so did my symptoms. Dean not only helped me, he created a rough coloured lens draft in a particular color that would help with my symptoms, called me in, had me try it, and then sent the exact colour to the lab where the glasses come from. Top tier service for sure!!! He is now and always will be my go to glasses expert!!! Thank you Dean!!! You have made me one happy repeat customer!!!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have to say, Dean at Dr. Specs was awesome! With past experiences where you are just a number, at Dr. Specs I was a client to them. I walked in not know what to do with a utter screwup from a different optical company (rhyms with "Go FYI yourself") in Penticton. Dean at Dr Specs said no problem and look at everything and asked some info and just like that, baddaboom!, he'll send out the quote. He received the good news from the insurer and got me to pick out a pair of glasses that really look good on me. I thought he had one of those fancy new mirrors that just make you look good, but I got a few compliments on my new specticals so I do actually look not too bad. It was easy, Dean is personal and everything happened fast. I gotta say, after a few weeks now, I love my glasses. Thank you Dean. I'll see you on my next pair.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had an excellent experience at Dr. Specs Optical in Kelowna. Dean provided outstanding, attentive service while helping me with my first pair of progressive glasses. When the original prescription from my optometrist turned out to be too strong, he made sure the lenses were remade correctly and took the time to properly adjust the frames. I chose high-index lenses so they would be light and thin, and they’ve turned out to be the best glasses I’ve ever had. “What a fantastic experience… I wanted the Varilux lenses and my wife has progressives… we both ordered with Dean at Dr. Specs and could not be more pleased. With my previous lenses I struggled with depth perception, but with the new Varilux lenses, I feel like I finally have depth perception again.
