“BAD EXPERIENCE. Not a pleasant clinic as there is a very rude manager and receptionist. They keep changing the charges when I specifically told them to tell me in advance what the procedure fees were BEFORE doing it. Worst of all, they lied about promising to give the kids electric toothbrush and had none available in our visit even though I booked 2 weeks in advance. The manager was arguing with me and the staff was snickering. How do you expect anyone to trust your dishonest dental clinic? The dentist also just peeked into my child's mouth and said everything is ok no dental work done and charged $60. Incredibly rude staff and will NEVER come back.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Fantastic experiences here. I required treatment due to a bad infection / severe pain and Dr. Kaviraj made himself available the same day to see me and perform an emergency root canal. From there came several additional root canals and crowns to deal with long-standing dental issues. All went smoothly and he made effort to adapt his schedule to my soon-expiring dental plan. The office staff were courteous and helpful as well. Dr. Kaviraj is a compassionate, caring, and highly skilled dentist who puts the patient's well being as his number one priority. “I’ve been coming here for years because it’s my family dentist. First of all, they’ve charged me for other family members procedures twice accidentally, then told me in order to get my money back I have to come in person. Then, the dentist quoted me a price for my root canal, did the procedure, and it ended up being hundreds more without my consent. NOW most recently, I made an appointment for this week because I’m in agony with a cavity. A receptionist who was very difficult to understand called me and said they’re cancelling my appointment and I don’t need to come in because I have no current treatment plan. Meanwhile I explained to her that I made the appointment because I have emergency tooth pain. She suggested I come in for a cleaning instead. Maybe I just have bad luck here but every experience has been frustrating. I will say the dentists are nice and the hygienists are very kind. But regardless, never again!”Lire la suiteRéduire
