We have protocols that MUST be followed. Appointment time: Please arrive unaccompanied and on time for your appointment. Please do not come early for your appointment as we do not have reception. Cleaning prolcols within the clinic fallow the health standard act. We have a water dispenser and encourage you to bring your refillable water container with you to fill. We direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross and Medavie (RCMP, veterans affairs) Restroom: The massage clinic is not responsible for the maintenance of the public washroom. Thank-you for trusting us for your care.Prior to your arrival: Patients will be required to complete a a health history and consent agreement.
Cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel please allow a minimum of 24 hour notice. Starting 2023 we will be charging for all cancellations under 24 hours. We hope you understand.
We are unable to bill ICBC or WorkSafeBC directly at this time.
All other insurance policies: Will have to be paid in full at the time of your appointment and directly submitted for reimbursement to your extended health provider.
No guarantees or promises have been made by the RMT that the patient may not come in contact with COVID-19 during an appointment. In the event that the RMT is showing signs of illness she will immediately self-isolate. All appointments will be cancelled until further notice.
