“Had a great experience at Eau Spa! First time there for multiple waxing services. Madison was excellent. She talked about the products she was using, and how to care for my skin after. “Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end. Front desk staff were so friendly. The alcoholic beverages available just added that extra fanciness to the experience. Beautiful waiting area. I had requested services with Michelle but she ended up calling in sick. Generally I don't like change, but Sam was incredible. Honestly, I'm glad the situation happened. She was so friendly, professional but still down to earth and relatable, great conversationalist and navigated that whole situation like a boss! Going forward, I will make sure that she is my go to for all future visits. It's staff like her that keep your clients coming back.
