Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) IASTM is a skilled myofascial intervention used for soft-tissue treatment. IASTM practitioners detect and treat soft tissue disorders using instruments that are usually made of stainless steel with beveled edges and contours.
