“(This is actually Audrey) I'm a dentist scaredy-cat. Hate dentists, and hate white knuckling the experience. You gotta go though right? We just moved here, saw reviews, thought we'd try it out. We are extremely hyperfocused/judgemental on our congential heart disease childs' dental relationship and are aware its a lifelong relationship - Couldn't ask for better in a dental team. They are so good, professional, NICE, call you beautiful every time you go lol, and just really respectful, ensure your comfort.... My entire family, including my heart kid, are in great hands and I'm grateful for that. They also have a great coffee machine I love.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have been going to this dental office for years, and they are always so warm, courteous, and helpful! I always feel valued and welcome. I just had to book an emergency treatment, and they were able to accommodate me so much more quickly than I had even hoped! I was very anxious and nervous, and the friendly and comforting demeanour of all the staff really helped to ease my nerves. “So very grateful to Elevate Dental here in Vernon... I had my tooth extraction yesterday and I have to say they were beyond supportive, compassionate... They provided oral sedation, I was wrapped in a warm blanket & was comfortable the whole time. Thank you to Dr. Krystal Hakkart for a seamless procedure experience... The team also ensured to do calls , texts & an email follow up to ensure I was okay before & after the procedure.💗 Also a special callout to the manager Valerie Suraci who supported me emotionally & physically by my side & was beyond professional in ensuring I was taken care of. “I can honestly say Elevate Dental has completely changed my relationship with the dentist — and that’s saying a lot. I’ve spent my entire life taking great care of my teeth largely so I could avoid dental visits unless something really hurt. The anxiety and fear I’ve had around dental work is hard to put into words. From Dr. Krystal, to Valerie, to Jill at the front desk (and the rest of the incredible team), every single person at Elevate Dental goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. While I still wouldn’t call a dental visit my favourite activity, this clinic truly knows how to put you at ease. They take the time to explain everything, offer reassurance, and quite literally hold your hand through the process when needed. The level of trust I have in this team is something I never thought I’d say about a dental office. Hands down, I would not have had the work I needed done if it weren’t for the compassion, patience, and professionalism of the entire Elevate Dental team. “Elevate dental is excellent. Staff is really friendly and welcoming, especially for me (anxiety ridden mess)! Melissa was calm and gentle the entire time and my appointment was nowhere even close to traumatic experiences I've had in the past. Up to date technology, so quicker and easier as well. “As someone who fears going to the dentist I feel Krystal has made me feel absolutely at ease. She is so unbelievably compassionate and I cannot thank her enough- as well as the rest of the staff . Carla is another one worth a special mention , she always makes sure I'm feeling comfortable and positive with the process , she is so knowledgeable and an allstar.
