Virtual sessions available across Alberta: all providers & virtual sessions available for residents in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick: R. Psych only . All session times are in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). A gentle reminder to be mindful of the appointment selection (video vs. in-person) and duration (60 vs. 90 minutes). Session length is 50/80 minutes face-to-face and 10 minutes is dedicated to case management . New Clients : Please book a complimentary 15-minute video or phone meet and greet (optional) or an initial standard session. Existing Clients: Please book a returning session.
