“Excellent service and staff. Fitted me in same-day, with Lorraine. She assessed my knee problem, provided some therapy with a machine, strapped it up, and sent me out with some home exercises and advice. Cant recommend them highly enough.”

“Lauren was very knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why. She quickly made and fitted a splint and explained how I should put it on and take it off. The splint is very low profile providing great support. Very happy with Lauren service.”

“I met with Lauren regarding a recent hand injury after my family doctor highly recommended I book with a hand OT at Empower Physical Rehabilitation to ensure I was doing everything possible to heal with the best outcome. She was friendly, professional, and super informative, giving insight into the type of injury and how I can beat support healing and also to keep working my injured finger safely over the coming weeks. She made me a fitted splint to better support my finger and I will meet with her again closer to when I also see Plastics again for next steps.
