Access to the Jane Booking Program is important for receiving all required communication, documents, and receipts from our facility. Please ensure you have set up your account and filled out the required Clinic Allied Health intake forms. If you are booking for someone other than yourself, please use their name for the account (ie. child’s name). Each person requires their OWN account and will need a DIFFERENT username and password. We recommend to NOT use your email as your username, but rather your name or another username of your choice. Unfortunately, we are unable to change usernames through our online system.

We have an automated <24 hour cancellation/no show policy for all appointments. Please provide as much notice as possible for modifiying or rescheduling appointments. To cancel or reschedule your visit, please call our office at 1-306-537-6937. Please leave us a voicemail, if you are calling after hours to modify your scheduled appointment.
