“The massage that I recently had with Michael at Espen Wellness was one of the best that I have ever had. I felt comfortable immediately when meeting him as he was very welcoming. During this first treatment, he checked in regularly to ensure that I was good with the pressure applied (and his technique was exceptional). “Had a fabulous massage with Michael! The whole experience was great right from the start with super efficient online booking and a very welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. Michael thoroughly explained the treatment process and made me feel comfortable, asked lots of questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. I felt so much better by the time I left and have already booked my next appointment. “I've been going to Michael for just about a year. When I came to him with a terribly back sprain. Over the course of several months he helped ease alot of tension in my back from the bad strain.. and I've continued going to him ever since. Michael has magic hands that csn ease your aching muscles. He's also very knowledgeable and experienced . The location is amazing and great parking as well. If your looking for an amazing professional and experienced massage therapist go to Espen Wellness to see Michael!

“I had back pain from an injury that was restricting my range of motion a great deal, which was really challenging for me as a yoga teacher. The stiffness seemed to be "stuck" at that limited range. Michael worked on it thoroughly and just putting my own socks on after was amazing! He is professional, respectful and obviously very efficient as I felt some relief instantly.
