“I had such an amazing experience with Casandra. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has a very calming presence. Definitely the nicest home studio I have ever seen! Cassandra incorporated some stretching into my massage, knowing that I stretch often, and it took the massage to the next level. After the massage she showed me stretches that could help improve movement and reduce the pain I’ve been experiencing. I also did the vibrational sound meditation and it was a phenomenal experience.
