I have been seeing Justyna for physiotherapy for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received. She is kind, empathetic, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. Thanks to her expertise and personalized approach, my back and knee pain have improved significantly. Justyna is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I never feel rushed, and she explains everything clearly. I would also like to mention the reception staff, who are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They make scheduling appointments easy and create a positive experience from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this clinic and Justyna to anyone looking for excellent physiotherapy care. I also had a massage with Agnieszka, and I had a good experience. She was knowledgeable and professional, explained the possible causes of my pain, and gave me helpful information. Been going here for over 10 years for massage therapy. Ive tried other places & have returned & stayed because of professionalism of staff. The rooms are super clean. Mekia is my absolute preferred therapist. Her massages always apply the right amount of pressure for deep tissue massage & relax me like no other. I online manage to manage my appts - super convenient & efficient. The rest of staff are wonderful. They all stay ... that says something! Have been coming here for years. Had physio massage, osteopath and acupuncture so far. They take very good care of you and address your issues. The receptionists are very pleasant and personable. Phenomenal staff, exceptional service & Dariusz Bis is a true gem. He listened to my concerns for my son and hit the ground running. I can honestly say, after 6/7 physio sessions my son is feeling much better and in less pain.
