Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted by text message or voicemail. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at info@evergreenwellnessstudio.com.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the following fees:

50% of the appointment fee for the FIRST missed or late-cancelled appointment

- 100% of the appointment fee for any missed or late-cancelled appointments

These fees are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.
