Due to this change, ICBC will no longer cover the full cost of treatment, and a $5.50 user fee will be applied to all subsequent ICBC massage therapy visits.

As a courtesy to fellow patients and the therapist’s time, the clinic requires 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

The clinic reserves the right to charge the full appointment fee if not given sufficient notice.

We require ALL patients to have a valid credit card on file in order to book appointments online or over the phone. Credit cards will NOT be charged at the time of booking .

Credit cards may be charged if there is a late cancellation/missed appointment that falls under our 24-hour cancellation policy.
