Late Notice/No Show Policy : Missed Appointments with no notice will be charged the full fee of the appointment missed. Additionally, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or you will be charged half the appointment fee for the first time, and the full fee for all subsequent late cancels. If we are given enough notice and are able to fill the appointment spot with another patient, then your fee will be waived. Chronic late cancels will be charged the full appointment fee and will be at the discretion of the clinic. IV THERAPY APPOINTMENTS HAVE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO THE IV BAGS BEING PREPARED IN ADVANCE.
