“I went to this dentist several times a few years ago they are kind and the staff is overall wonderful. I went to them for a dental bridge which was a series of very difficult and expensive appointments which I was expecting and fine with. However at no point during any of this was it recommended to me that I whiten my teeth before getting the bridge. I wasn’t told that there is no way to whiten a bridge until it was being put in and it was too late. Now I’m faced with having to pay thousands for a new bridge to match whitened teeth. I should have been at least asked if I wanted to whiten my teeth before such an expensive and painful process.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. Initially, I was told I was cleared from a dental standpoint and only advised to consider routine cleaning. However, after I declined the additional treatment, the clinic changed their decision and refused to provide clearance. This sudden change felt very concerning and inconsistent. It left me with the impression that there was more focus on billing for additional services than on providing fair and objective care. “We had a disappointing experience at Family Dental. We waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, which was frustrating since we had other commitments after the appointment. The lady that did the teeth cleaning was very friendly. After the xrays the dentist came in for a few minutes and said our daughter had a lot going on in her mouth (our daughter was really insecure and scared after the comments made). We were told that she wouldn't treat her there and that she would refer her out to a dentist office (family dental is a strange business name if they cannot accommodate the whole family). We didn't want her sedated so they reconsidered and said treatment would require a sedative pill, even though she was sitting fine during her cleaning and exam. We visited another dental office where they completed the procedure with no sedation or issues at all. She did great, and the care there felt more appropriate and reassuring. Because of this experience, we will not be continuing with family dental and I wouldn't recommend this office to families with children.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience at the dentist today for my 10-year-old daughter! The staff was kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable from start to finish. She had an exam with X-rays and a dental cleaning, and everything was explained so well. She was so excited to leave with a new toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, and lip chap — and the highlight for her was getting a coin to pick out a toy from the machine afterward! Such a thoughtful touch that made the visit fun and positive for kids. Highly recommend this dental office for families and children.
