Horrible experience!! I have never been treated so badly by a professional person. I have personally worked with the public for over 40 years and would never talk to someone as badly as I was talked to. The massage person attacked me verbally as soon as I walked into her room. Accusing me of being rude to the receptionist, (which she disagreed when I asked her.) I had mentioned that I was early to fill out the forms and had been sitting there for almost 30 mins before I was approached the receptionist. I never said anything else to her. When I went into the dark little room, I was asked if I want to be there, what is my problem, I don't want to treat you. I was shocked!! I hadn't done anything but ask if I was going to get my full hour treatment. Then she rudely told me the office did not open until one o'clock. But the front doors were open, no sign saying that. I cried when I left. Never would I recommend anyone to go there. Something is wrong with that young woman. She is cruel and mean.Lire la suiteRéduire

I’ve had an exceptional experience with this Family Legacy Chiropractic practice. From my very first visit, the team made me feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Dan took the time to understand my concerns, explain what was happening in my body, and create a treatment plan that actually worked. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my mobility, pain levels, and overall well‑being. Ainsley is amazing. The clinic is clean, organized, and always runs on time. If there was a negative star,I would give it. These people are in this profession for money, they don't care about people's health.please don't waste your money on these people. I was laying face down on the chiropractor table, the Dr didn't even know who I was laying on the table, as I hadn't scanned my key fob, that they neglected to tell me their procedures. He proceeded to do his chiropractor so called methods on a patient that he didn't even know who I was,because they neglected to tell me the procedures. But he went ahead anyways without even known who was laying on the table. I will never ever go back and I will tell everyone that asks me for my opinion about this office and will tell them, DON'T GO. THEY ARE ONLY AFTER MONEYLire la suiteRéduire

Dr. Danny and Dr. Lauren have helped my family achieve a better level of health and wellness. Their chiropractic care has reduced our back pain, We are less sick less often and they help our daughter to be sports ready. They have also helped us with advice on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle for our overall health. I am continually impressed with the results that my daughter and I see every time we get a check up. Legacy Family Chiropractic is a wonderful clinic for my chiropractic needs. I travel from the city of Calgary out to Okotoks for my adjustments. I rate this professional medical service five stars but wish it could be higher. The staff, upon arriving at the clinic, are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I have been treated by both clinic chiropractors but mostly by Dr Lauren Rose. She is always in a likeable demeanor. Her communication & chiropractic skills are thorough & give great results. Since seeing her one of the successes for me is my walking has vastly improved. I have much less pain and the joy of walking my dog & shopping has returned. Very professional and knowledgeable team work at this clinic, you are always feel welcomed and know that you receive a good care and advice. I like that comprehensive approach promoted by Dr. Danny and team, they educate their clients, do a complex assessment prior starting a treatment, provide very detailed explanation and develop a treatment plan. I suffer from chronic pain, lowered immune health problems, and asthma. The staff at legacy Chiropractic have treated me like a member of their own family. Very knowledgeable and are willing to go that extra step to make sure you are taken care of in the best way possible. ADIO is great. I look forward to my appointment every Monday after work. The staff are awesome, and everyone treats you like part of the family. No, not a dysfunctional family, a nice NORMAL family. Doctor Michael is awesome, too. He always has time for a few nice words of encouragement or support, and takes his time to get to know each and every one of his patients.
