I’ve been seeing Kai over the past few months, and she has been an incredible fit for my active lifestyle. I’ve sustained a few injuries doing the activities I love, and Kai has helped me recover and get back to enjoying them through her treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what she’s working on, why certain areas need attention, and how everything connects. Kai has been working with me for almost a year, even before she arrived at FGW. I continued to see her because after years of suffering though a back injury she has helped beyond expectations! I was ready to give up on the gym, running, and general physical activity before she helped me. I drive across the city for treatment because of how much she cares and genuinely wants to help. I am doing more at the gym these days than I have in years! Thank you Kai!!! Also FGW is a great place, friendly staff, clean, welcoming. I have been to this clinic a couple times and I have nothing but great to say about it. The atmosphere, the therapists, and communication has made my experience great! I have been coming to feel good wellness for about 6 months. The facility is welcoming and clean. I have seen Ashley and Kai. They are great. More recently I have seen Kai. She is professional, caring, and accommodating. She makes sure to touch base on how I’m feeling before each session and provides stretching recommendations to help with my trouble areas. I have felt comfortable during each session and feel like she pays attention to my needs. I drive across the city to come here and will continue to do so as I feel amazing after each session. I have Seen Kai a few times recently to treat my frozen shoulder and regain mobility. She has been professional each time and focused on my needs.The clinic is very nice and clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.
