If you are booking a new practitioner, please ensure you book an INITIAL appointment for the practitioner you are booking for. This will avoid any potential confusion, and/or re-scheduling frustrations.

All patients must first complete an INITIAL appointment before booking follow-up appointments.

Please make sure to click Intake Forms in your patient profile to ensure all necessary forms have been completed before your appointment.

Please note: Please buzz 204 on the buzzer so we can let you in - only necessary when the main doors of the clinic are close – weekends/holidays and before 8am or after 5 on weekdays.
