“I don’t have enough good things to say about First Step Physio. Front desk people are the sweetest and kindest and everyone is very friendly. Eli is incredibly knowledgeable about all things and has helped me through frozen shoulder, a bad hip, TMJ and neck problems. Your time will fly by even as you can have discomfort from the treatment. He is usually booked up but when you put yourself in a cancellation list a spot frees up pretty fast.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a Hawkins type 2 talus ankle fracture + displacement. Eli did an extraordinary job helping me with my physio. Less than 1 year following the break, I am jogging, walking without a limp and doing everything back to normal. “Last year I had significant foot issues which I found out at my first appointment that stemmed from my back. Eli helped me and I would recommend him to anyone. I had wemt to several foot doctors who all said I had to get special shoes and there was nothing they could do. I am happy to report, I am now wearing my regular heels and feeling fantastic. “The BEST physiotherapist you will find anywhere! He has saved me from shoulder surgery on a couple of occasions. He is very friendly and professional and is truly passionate about movement and the human body. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic!
