CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER:

In order to accommodate all of our patient`s needs effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment . Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation/missed appointment fee.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, however, please keep in mind that late cancellations and missed appointments affect other patients who are on the waiting list, or need to be seen urgently.
