This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. My treatment with Christopher was abruptly cut off without any valid explanation, and my appointments were cancelled with no proper communication. When I attempted to get answers or clarification, both Christopher and the clinic owner, Lissa, were dismissive and refused to provide any reasoning. The lack of accountability and transparency is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients rely on consistent care and clear communication. Being left without treatment and without answers shows a serious disregard for patient well-being. Absolutely amazing place to go! I attended their GLAD program for hips and knees to prep for TKR and then did my post-op physio there. The level of professionalism and support was amazing!

I went to see Kelsey back in May before starting my journey towards completing my first road marathon. After chronic ankle injuries and struggling to get back into long distance running, I was hopeful that Kelsey could help me make it through the training block feeling healthy, strong, and injury free. She is very thorough with her assessments, and listened intently to my concerns. With her knowledge and guidance I incorporated her recommended physiotherapy exercises into my training regime and completed the marathon with zero pain or injury this past month. I have visited this center and have several appointments with Andrea Lyon. She is an exceptional physiotherapist with an impressive level of expertise. She clearly knows so much about her field and takes the time to explain things in detail, making sure you understand every step of the process. I have definitely benefitted from Lissa's knowledge, commitment and expertise. And I truly appreciate her supportive "bed-side" manner. The massage therapy services here are equally as impressive. Thom is dedicated to solving your issues for the long term rather than just offering a "band-aid" solution. I was also impressed with his follow-up.
