“I had a contact issue that needed urgent attention. Phoned first thing Monday morning. Reception was excellent. Took my issue directly to the doctor. “I feel comfortable with Dr Lam. He is supportive and I have never had a problem. I wouldn't buy glasses again from the store front however, from a past bad experience. I also would not go to another of your doctors as I had been given an incorrect perscription, which meant glasses I bought elsewhere were incorrect and not returnable.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The optometrists are top notch. The front staff, not so much. I actually shouldn’t paint them all with the same brush. The horrible one is the female with the blue hair. She is very rude and condescending. She should not be in a customer service role. I went there for repairs on an expensive pair of glasses that I purchased from them and she was not helpful at all. If I knew her name I would call them directly and complain. FYI is a national chain. Not sure why they would let that person work there and tarnish their reputation.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Love the happy helpful environment at FYI Doctors. Always wonderful knowing they take great care of my eye glass needs. Found an old favourite pair of glasses I thought I lost, but the nose grips were very old and stained looking, so I popped in to ask if I could get them replaced. It was so perfect! Fast and caring! “The staff were friendly and nice, not in a hurry, explained everything and answered all my questions. They were very thorough but not in a rush, and I didn't have to wait in line for long. I feel like they had the latest and best equipment available. Dr. Lam showed me all the tests and pictures on his computer and explained eveything. He is very personable and easy going!
