“This is my 4th visit to FYI over the last 5 years. FYI has such an organized and smooth running system; from the moment you step-in to the moment you leave. Staff are friendly and treat you with respect and care. The doctors listen carefully and patiently and take their time explaining everything. “While on vacation, I visited their office to get my glasses straightened. Mikala was very pleasant and tried to fix the frames. “My first time at FYI and my whole experience was amazing! From being welcomed at the front desk to the young lady who did my intake exams, Dr Crawford and the first young lady who showed me around the glasses selections. Everyone was so professional, patient and kind. I went back the next day to see if I could choose a pair of glasses and was again very impressed with the service. Callie was amazing and helped me get the right look and fit for me and on budget. I look forward to seeing Callie when my new glasses arrive for my fitting. “Great Optometrist, very lucky to have her, Receptionist also great the young lady who did the first tests couldn't have been better Now when I wanted to look for new glasses my wife and myself were more or less ignored, were they busy? maybe but a simple I will be with you shortly would have gone a long way, I did help myself and started trying frame on but we were disappointed with the service.
