“Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Eye exam was quick and cordial, and they have a nice selection of frames to choose from. “Winnie helped me adjust my glasses and was incredibly attentive. Even without an appointment, she assisted us right away after finishing with her previous customer. She carefully tightened the screws, adjusted the nose pads, and bent the arms so they fit perfectly, checking in throughout to make sure I was happy with everything. I also really appreciated how she explained that no one’s face is perfectly symmetrical, which made the process feel more reassuring.
