“Kristy is AMAZING! It was my first time receiving acupuncture, so she ran me through how everything would go first. The whole process was relaxing and engaging and I really felt like she took the time to properly go over all my pain points and problem areas. The atmosphere was also incredibly warm, calm and inviting! I definitely almost fell asleep during the second half of my treatment. “Kristy is a fantastic practitioner- I’ve been doing treatments with her for years and have brought my child (and sent my spouse) as well (don’t worry- she can accommodate needle-phobias!). I really appreciate her ability to tune in to root issues through listening (to me/my body). Acupuncture for me is one of those things that I forget to do consistently but always receive benefit from (and then kick myself for not going more often).
