Your appointment is reserved specially for you! 24-hour notice is necessary for cancelling or rescheduling appointments, we understand that illness can arise unexpectedly.

First cancellation due to illness will be waived as a courtesy. For any subsequent cancellations, a fee will apply as follows:

Missed appointments/no shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge fee , and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Invoices overdue by 7 days will be charged to the credit card on file along with a 5% late fee .

We unfortunately do not accept WCB cases in the meantime.

All direct billing is on a best-effort basis. At times, for reasons beyond our control, insurance providers may require you to claim from your end. If we cannot direct-bill, the treatment must be paid at the time of the visit. Currently, we do not support Empire Life & Equitable Life . All other insurance providers are supported.

We do not take any WCB Claims. If you are in an Open WorkSafe Claim, we will have to refer you a different clinic.
