“Update: still have not been contacted from management as advised in their reply. Just another reason to not use this practice you will lose a tooth unnecessarily and also never hear from them again! :) AVOID - INCOMPETENT STAFF- DO NOT USE Dr. Jay Modi. I went here for what should have been a routine filling, but Dr. Jay Modi did not properly remove the cavity before placing the filling. Four days later, I returned to Dr. Jay Modi in severe pain and was sent home without an X-ray, treatment, or even pain relief. I am now overseas WITH A DYING TOOTH and urgently need a root canal because the work was not done correctly. On top of this, the reception staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I emailed to request a copy of my dental records (as the dentist advised I could), and three weeks later I have still received no response. Wait times are excessive, with no communication from reception while you sit in the waiting room for hours. This entire experience has been stressful, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. i DEEPLY REGRET USING THIS PRACTICE and am now paying for it with the potential loss of a tooth.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“What a great place. The name is legit. They're gentle and patient with clients. I have myself, my mother and all 3 of my children, as well as other members of my family going there. “This past Saturday I had an appointment with Dr Modi @ 11am. When the office phoned me to see how far away I was. Actually the phone woke me up. I wound up being an hour late for my appointment. Everyone in the office was wonderful to me when I finally arrived. Dr Modi just changed some procedures for others and everything turned out well. What I really appreciated most was how he explained to me everything he was going to do in advance. All in all my 2 visits so far have been great.
