“I’m very disappointed with my experience with Jobo. For my first two visits, each session ended about 5 minutes earlier than the booked time, even though I arrived on time for both appointments. Today’s visit was much worse. During the session, he asked me to move my head farther away from the headrest. While I had my eyes closed, I repeatedly noticed a bright light. When I opened my eyes, I saw him spending an extended period of time actively using his phone in a non-work-related manner, rather than focusing on the treatment. This felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying client, I expect to receive the full booked time and my therapist’s full attention. “I had a less than stellar experience today. It's something that can definitely be improved easily. I'll keep my rating at 2* until maybe next time I visit them again and their weekend service gets better Summary: Lack of professionalism, lack of communication, wasted 1 hour of my weekend, didn't end up getting the massage. Details below. I booked for a weekend initial visit here because my friend who frequents massages for rehab told me that this place was good. I couldn't get the masseuse my friend recommended, so I tried the one available. Lack of professionalism. I came almost 15 minutes early out of courtesy because it's my first visit and there might be some extra form or discussion to be had. Apparently I need to buzz in to get into their floor. So I did, at least 4 times, no answer. I tried calling twice, also no answer. I then found out that the masseuse just arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Lack of communication. Here's the main issue, only after I got into the room that I was informed that she can't accept any insurance claim yet because she is new and she is not fully set up yet with the claim system. I could have just paid first and claim reimbursement on my insurance later on, but it's too much work and if I knew beforehand, I would simply pick another place instead of going to Gifted Hands. I ended up wasted 1 hour just to go through all of this, what a shame. I deliberately not mentioning my masseuse's name out of courtesy, I hope this can help improve your management over there.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Janet is very experienced and thoroughly goes each muscle group to get a nice deep massage. The 1 hour session goes by too fast so I would recommend a longer visit.”
