“I received a hydrafacial - room was nice but cleanliness was an issue. The lady cleansed my face, left the room to get more products (touching the door knob and bottles) returned, didn't wash her hands and continued to exfoliate my face...left the room again, touching the doorknob again and medical devices, then my face again. She kept leaving the room to get more products (this should have been done before I arrived or all at once). I felt so uncomfortable thinking she would eventually consider, but didn't. By the end I finally had to ask her to change her gloves before moisturizing. Unfortunate because I love hydrafacials.
