“I have been doing physiotherapy here for the last couple months they listened to all my concerns and make sure im doing everything right they truly care about all the patience and what the best for them. “Glenwoods rehab is definitely a place to avoid for your recovery needs after extensive knee surgery, my 15 year old attended the clinic as it was OHIP covered. Our first appointment should of made me walk immediately; as the physiotherapist argued that the surgeons requests where unrealistic and shouldn't be followed. I gave her (Samira) the benefit and thought all physio should be equal. We will just get thru the beginning and up his physio with his previous physio therapist once a few weeks had gone by. She argued with him every appointment making him feel like this was the end to his knee recovery. She stayed in the room with him only minutes each appointment and sat at the front desk while he sat in the room alone doing the excerises she handed him on a sheet of paper before walking away. How do I know because we as parents sat there also! He went back to his orginal physio therapist and accomplished more in 1, 30 min appointment than she did in a few weeks and no its not because of the previous work, its because he took the time and did the excerises with him and had him model each excerise prior to leaving, that's quality care not what he recieved here. Today I recieved a email appointment about a appointment that the time had past was this just so they could bill OHIP without him even attending.”Lire la suiteRéduire
