If you miss your appointment you will be charged a minimum 50% cancellation fee. If you are sick or have an emergency situation you will not be charged a fee, however please give us as much notice as possible. Randa Sultan has a 48 hour cancellation policy - all other practitioners require 24 hours notice of cancellation.
