“I recently began seeing Sara for deep tissue massage. Today was my second visit this time for 90 minutes. Sara listens to my needs and then gets right to work. She uses her strong hands and arms to expertly release knots that form in my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back due to my physical work. Today, I also asked her to focus on the tightness in my lower body. I prefer a 90 minute so she can spend the required time needed to release the tension all over. I use the time to relax and breathe into the deep massage. Sara provides a calm and inviting experience.
