“This was my first visit to Grand dental. I was very impressed with the care and time the hygienist took explaining what all the x-rays and things she was going to do for my cleaning. After the cleaning Dr. Norina did a thorough examination and went over everything with me and explained things that need to be watched for in the future. “I had my exam at this new dental clinic last week and honestly had such a great experience. Dr. Norina Leung was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. She did a very comprehensive exam and went over all the options available to help fix my dental issues without making me feel rushed or pressured. She was incredibly kind and professional, and the CDA Hamida was also so friendly and welcoming. I also loved the aesthetic of the clinic - it’s modern, clean, and has really cool updated technology that made it so much easier to understand everything they were explaining. “I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dental office — it was such an amazing experience from start to finish! From the second I walked in, Harpreet at the front desk made me feel so welcome with her warm and friendly energy. You can tell she truly cares about patients and it sets the tone right away. Hamida, the CDA, is absolutely incredible — seriously the best! She’s so kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, and she explains everything so clearly that you feel completely comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Dr. Norina is just amazing. She really listens to what you want and need, and you can tell she takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly. It’s so reassuring being treated by someone who is not only skilled but also so attentive and understanding. And Kiran, the dental hygienist, did such a thorough and gentle job cleaning my teeth, and I loved how she explained everything along the way. I left feeling so fresh and well cared for! The whole team is just wonderful — professional, kind, and truly passionate about what they do. “I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years so I was a little nervous to try a new place. The staff at Grand Dental were friendly and welcoming. Hamida patiently explained the entire process and took lots of different images of my teeth. Dr Norina was friendly and professional, and went over the images with me in great detail. Finally, Kiran did my cleaning and fluoride treatment, and it was comfortable and pain-free. The office provides headphones and a remote to watch Netflix on the ceiling tv, which is great for anxious patients. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a really pleasant visit at the clinic. Dr. Kiran was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Harpreet at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, making everything smooth and easy. She also suggested enrolling my 8-month-old baby for a dental check-up to monitor teething, which I really appreciated. It shows they truly care about patients of all ages. I also liked that they have a play kitchen for kids, which makes the environment more friendly and comfortable for families. Overall, a very positive experience. “I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, pain-free dental care. Dr. Nora is absolutely amazing—very skilled, patient, and explains everything clearly. What stood out the most was how gentle she was. I was honestly nervous going in, but the entire treatment was completely pain-free, which really impressed me. A big thank you to Hamida and Harpreet as well—she is so friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable right away. The whole team creates a calm and professional environment. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-organized. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. “Amazing staff! I’ve been to multiple clinics, but none compare to this one. From the moment you walk in, you feel a sense of comfort almost like stepping into your own home. Dr Norina was incredibly gentle, kind, and clearly very knowledgeable. Hamida the assistant was wonderful very caring and maternal, and she treated me with so much warmth. Sakshi the receptionist was so welcoming and made the entire experience feel like a breath of fresh air. Kiran the hygienist cleaned my teeth like no one ever has before I left the office with my teeth absolutely shining! Truly a 10/10 experience. “I love the feng shui here, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. From my first visit with Karen when she did a cleaning to Dr. Norina and her lovely silly assistant Hamida when they did a filling. I find it so sweet how I always get a check up call a couple hours after my appointment. ALSO power to the woman, it's a 100% woman run facility. They offer complimentary bottled water, juice boxes and even have a Keurig machine to enjoy a hot coffee or tea. They offer TV and headphones during appointments to keep your mind off the terrifying equipment dentists have to use. The ambiance is on point, couldn't ask for a better group of ladies to take care of my teeth haha.”Lire la suiteRéduire
