Future Pathways

Many students experience decision paralysis when thinking about what comes next—whether that’s selecting courses, choosing a post-secondary pathway, or exploring potential careers. The Future Pathways Session is designed to help students gain clarity by exploring their strengths, interests, and values in a structured and supportive environment. Rather than pressuring students to have everything figured out, this session helps them build confidence in exploring possibilities and making thoughtful decisions about their next steps. Students will be guided through a strengths-based process to better understand how their abilities, personality, and interests can align with different academic and career pathways.
