“Dr. Dim is the best chiropractor I've been to in years! He walked me through the initial assessment explaining what the plan was (e.g. tests, observations, soft tissue work, exercises, etc). Each follow-up has been great too. He checks in throughout and makes sure I'm comfortable with the next step. “Dr. Dimitar is an exceptional healthcare provider. I book with him regularly and have also taken my elderly father (who suffers from pain and severe mobility limitations) to see him. Dr. Dimitar is highly knowledgeable and treats us as whole persons, rather than just symptoms. Aside from offering adjustments and other physical treatment modalities, he places significant emphasis on helping his patients with therapeutic exercise. He is an amazing coach when it comes to teaching the exercises that are right for each patient, including proper form and the how and why of it all. He will hook you up also with convenient instructions (including visuals) to do the exercises at home. Dr. Dimitar has a wonderful disposition and has even offered extremely useful advice and recommended resources to help me manage mental health stressors in my life.
