Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy work that supports the flow of life force energy within the body—the same innate intelligence that guides healing, balance, and restoration. Through light hands-on or hands-above contact, this work invites your system to soften out of doing and into a state of receiving. Rather than directing or forcing change, Reiki creates space for your body to release what it’s been holding—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and to return to a more natural state of flow. Many people experience warmth, subtle movement, or a deep sense of stillness. Others notice a quiet unwinding—like layers of tension gently dissolving, making space for clarity, grounding, and reconnection. This work honours the body’s innate wisdom and its capacity to heal when given the right conditions. It can be especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, energetically depleted, or disconnected from yourself. Reiki can be received at the beginning of your session to help you arrive more fully, or at the end to support integration, leaving you feeling more aligned, settled, and deeply restored.
