Please note: the clinic requires stair access. For safety reasons, clients with significant difficulty using stairs may not be suitable for this location.
Please fill out your intake forms before your scheduled appointment. Your session is not going to start without completing them and may reduce the duration of your treatment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee.
Same-day cancellations or No-shows: 100% of the session fee.

Please book your appointments online, as we do not have a receptionist on-site. Your therapist will only be able to respond during the breaks between their scheduled sessions. Thank you for understanding.

Late Arrival Policy
Out of respect for all clients and to maintain schedule integrity, late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled appointment.
The full session fee will still apply.
Respect for Time.
Appointments are scheduled to allow proper care for each client. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full treatment time.
Courtesy & Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. One-time exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion.
Insurance Fraud Policy
We are zero-tolerance policy for insurance fraud. We only bill for treatments that are provided and will not issue receipts for missed appointments, alter treatment dates, or falsify insurance claims.
