Please note that once your appointment has been made, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our massage therapists with empty schedules. As well, we may have had to turn away other clients that could have benefited from that appointment. Because of this, we charge the full appointment fee for last minute cancellations and “no shows”.
