Axillary Hyperhidrosis - Consultation & Treatment

Physician-led consultation and treatment for excessive underarm sweating (axillary hyperhidrosis). This appointment is intended for individuals experiencing excessive underarm sweating that interferes with daily activities. Assessment may include completion of the Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS), a validated tool used to evaluate symptom severity and determine whether treatment is appropriate. If indicated and desired, treatment with Botox® may be performed during the same appointment. Initial Consultation & Treatment: $1,150 Includes physician consultation, HDSS assessment, clinic-supplied Botox®, treatment administration, and follow-up assessment. If treatment is not performed, a consultation fee of $150 will apply. Insurance coverage varies by plan.
