“Awful experience overall! For me and my daughter . I have never seen my little girl be so terrified of a place as this one , they were not gentle to her , or understanding she was nervous . I don’t usually ever write reviews, but felt I needed to , with this place .the staff are not that friendly when doing your teeth, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable getting my teeth done before . Then what tops it off I have had moments where I had to call and rebook , due to life happening . And there secretary tells me I have to get my life together . “I recently visited Harbourview Dental for a routine checkup and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcome. The clinic is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Gaurav was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, from the current state of my dental health to the steps I could take to improve it. The hygienist was gentle but efficient during the cleaning, making what is usually an uncomfortable process feel smooth and pain-free. What stood out the most to me was the level of personalized care I received. I never felt rushed, and they patiently answered all of my questions. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are well-informed and comfortable. I’ve been to a few dental clinics over the years, but this one is by far the best. “I am a huge chicken when it comes to the dentist. I have multiple horrible experiences with every single dentist I've ever been to in my 36 years of life. Until Dr.Gary. he is the most compassionate of dentists. He takes the time to actually listen to your concerns. And ACTUALLY hears what you are saying. Then he uses all of what he's heard and does his best to help you through your visit/procedure. I can now go to him for a filling without flinching. I just had my very first root canal, which I have heard from multiple people are absolutely horrible, and it was no big deal! The bedside manner this guy possesses is what ever dentist should strive for. He also has some of the BEST dental assistants. One in particular (you know who you are) used to be a nurse and you can definitely tell by how she also listens to your fears and worries and helps you relax and feel safe. I absolutely recommend Dr.Gary and his Harborveiw Dental team. Also, the receptionists, are super awesome and welcoming as well!”Lire la suiteRéduire
