“I’ve been to different massage clinic around tricity areas but I consider the massage service of Konstantin Kobalev as the poorest one I’ve ever had. I don’t even feel that I had a massage session from him. I told him that I have two insurance Greenshield and Johnston Group and he said they don’t accept such insurance but I told him that it works with other massage therapy spa/clinic that I visited. He tried to bill it directly online but he said he could not log in to the site so I ended up paying on my debit card. He played annoying music too which makes me not relax. “I have been here twice. The first time was for my 5 year old. The RMT asked her a series of questions and when she heard that she had possibly hurt her neck OVER a year ago she refused service. The child has been fine for a year. Next I went to see a different RMT and he was rude and disrespectful and when I asked for music that was not gangster rap or news he told me "I don't like this music either" and left it playing. Then i asked him for oil bc he was not using any and I didnt feel like i was getting a massage. He was defensive and told me he doesn't use oil in HIS massage. I TOLD HIM THIS IS MY MASSAGE AND HE SHOULD BE CATERING TO MY NEEDS. They have no relaxing ambiance and no customer service skills. I will not be returning.”Lire la suiteRéduire
