I was here a few times for physiotherapy back in April and May. My therapist was Darren. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He read my intake form in detail and listens very carefully when I described my symptoms. He was able to relief my discomfort of clicking shoulders and hurting sitting bone. There is no better way to describe Annette except amazing! She has helped my newborn with all her oral issues that have affected her physically. She explains everything she does and works so well with my child. She offers recommendations of other solutions that might help but isn’t abrasive about it. I want to start by saying it was truly a blessing coming across this place and after speaking with the reception who listened and could actually recommend and offer so many services under one roof is such a great diverse and convenient option. After finding out a bit about myself and what was going on they recommended Holly and from there I have not looked back. After wasting months at other physio and getting little to no progress or feeling worse I knew I needed a change. After only a few visits with Holly I could see so much improvement in such a short time. She took time to listen and be a real person with me. Got down to the care and gave options with no pressure of booking etc it was about the care and recovery. I was able to regain fully with her help and I am truly thankful. Now I come in for small maintenance and to avoid any repeat injuries or strains and again no pressure system. Being treated like a person and not a number or an insurance claim is such a breath of fresh air! It’s amazing facility and very clean and organized. Judgement free zone and I cannot stress enough how amazing she was and has been and how easy it’s been to recover and not feel at any time judged or out of place. Absolutely love Doctor Dana. She is an incredible chiropractor, and she is super sweet. One day I was telling her about one of my concerns and she suggested that I get an ultrasound and an x-ray. I’ve been struggling with chronic back pain for over a decade and after her suggest, I found out that I had scoliosis. Doctor Dana is one of the most trusted chiropractors I’ve ever had and she has helped me so much. Overall, I love how Heal has a majority female staff, I feel so comfortable in their care.
