Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment (no-show), will be charged the full appointment fee.
This fee cannot be billed to insurance providers or ICBC.
Frequent late cancellations and no-shows will result in restrictions being made to the patient’s ability to book further appointments at our clinic.
