I specialize in companioning people through embodied, altered-state journeys. My holistic approach to journey-work centers your self-directed process. I provide preparation and integration sessions to help you discover intentions beforehand and make sense of your experiences afterwards. I am trained in: - trauma-informed facilitation - labour & birth support (CLBD) - sacred grief & death support - Jungian Somatics - Somatic Abolitionism - Feminine Shamanism - Reiki Master, Instructor & Ritual Practitioner training - MA in Cultural, Social & Political Thought (UVic). My deepest learnings have come from motherhood, miscarriage, companioning birth, death, & altered-state journeys, and embodied energy work.
