“If you are looking for a massage therapist who actually listens and tailors every session to what your body needs, you have to see Zoe.
I’ve had many massages over the years, but Zoe’s approach is on another level. She has a gift for finding exactly where the tension is hiding—even the spots you didn’t realize were tight. Her technique is a perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, making the entire experience feel both therapeutic and incredibly restorative.
What really stands out is her professionalism and the care she puts into her work. The environment is calming, and you never feel rushed; she takes the time to ensure you leave feeling 100% better than when you walked in. I walked out feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely rejuvenated.
The absolute cherry on top is the head massage. It’s the perfect finish to the session and takes the relaxation to a whole new level—honestly, it’s worth the visit for that alone!
Highly recommended for anyone needing to decompress or work through specific muscle issues. Zoe is truly a master of her craft!

Every healthcare provider not only does their expected therapy in their particular line of work, but they ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure that your concerns are heard, validated, and worked on. There’s no shaming or accusation if one hasn’t kept up with their stretches (sorry Melanie! 😂) and they meet you as you are and work with you to help you meet your goals and expectations.
I’ve been blessed to have multiple providers work on all of my aches and pains, and other various concerns. I’m a “frequent flyer” of both Nancy and Melanie who make me feel like a new person every time I see them!

“Having my physiotherapist, Guneet, listen to how I feel week to week then month to month now every other month over the last 2 years has been a stable & clear blessing.
Uncluttered instruction received for each new set of family physician referrals provided for the next set of 6 sessions supports me in a way my sore body has ever been supported until 10 yrs ago when I met up w-Health in Hands Wellness Clinic.
Most recently Physiotherapist Guneet consistently demonstrates slowly how I can refocus on the next affected joint, muscle group or associated set of connective tissues. She knows human anatomy like no other I have met during my 76 years on earth.
I can review each of the new stretches that have come to feel like a welcome & relaxing part of my busy days & I rest as needed. I do these stretch moves religiously for every new season of pains & corresponding additional exercises provided. I practice in her office till I have each assigned exercise ‘nearly’ memorized then receive an emailed file to print out & add to my osteoarthritis, osteoporosis & varicose vein & lymphedema physio binder & not via another screen time overdose.
Guneet watches me execute a selection of my personalized physio exercises from my my binder w-me every 1-2 months so we can reassess progress. I have even managed to loose 9 kilos & change my diet as I learn to stretch additional body parts using carefully instructed breathing also…aaahhh… This works well w-me as I do not need yet another e-app programme so easier on my eyes & focus. yay!

“I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing acupuncture treatment by Riley and osteopathy therapy by Darshel! Both of these practitioners worked MAGIC and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic! “I've been to several different places for a massage but wasn't able to find anyone who understood my issues. That is until I found Kate Fox @ Health in Hands. From the moment I first had her, I knew she would be my RMT. She was very welcoming & made me feel comfortable. She explained to me how the dolphin neurostim worked, she used that & did a tmj massage, plus a neck traction, I needed that. I will be continuing going to see her when I have the finances.
