“I had an amazing experience with my RMT therapist (Niharika Tyagi)! She is very attentive and really listens to her patients’ needs. I came in with severe neck pain and frequent headaches, and after just two visits, my pain was completely gone. She’s professional, caring, and truly knows what she’s doing. “I've had my share of massages and Niharika at Health Plus is right up there with the best of them. She has been working with me for the last 2 years helping keep my shoulders and hips healthy. She incorporates myofascial massages to improve my range of motion and to release tension that feels soooo bitter sweet. “I’ve just hit the jackpot with a massage therapist . Her name is Niharika,, I’ve used other massage therapist in the area, but I’ve never experienced someone like this. Her knowledge of the body is impeccable. I am a fit 60 year-old man that feels old at times after I am done with her. I feel like I’m 20 again. “I had the pleasure of working with Sadhika for my physiotherapy. She was very professional and helped explain what some of the underlying issues were that cause my pain. Apart from in house physiotherapy she also gave me some exercises to do at home which helped speed up the recovery process.
