Dr. El-Haddad provides her patients with professional, caring, skillful and highly efficient care. My husband and I have been her patients for several years now, and she never fails us. She has consistently addressed our healthcare needs in a timely manner, always going the extra mile to do so. Dr. El-Haddad organizes her practice in a highly accessible way, providing her patients with a range of appointment types and lengths, communication via email, and even contact by whatsapp for semi-urgent appointments outside working hours. In a recent difficult health situation, we put all of this to the test. Dr. El-Haddad responded quickly, correctly assessed our situation, sent us the needed requisition immediately, and followed up with test results that evening. Her intervention was a godsend. Dr. Nardine is amazing! I first saw her toward the end of my pregnancy when I was experiencing intense hip pain, and within just a few days my pain was completely gone. She also shared some helpful resources for labour and delivery, and everything went so smoothly. After I gave birth, my son began having some digestion issues, so I brought him in to see her as well. Following the session, he took a three hour nap, something he had never done before since he rarely naps during the day. Since that visit, his digestion has noticeably improved. In addition to her thorough assessments, Dr. Nardine is incredibly personable and kind. If you're dealing with pain or any concerns, I highly recommend her services. The clinic is truly excellent. Dr. Julie is very supportive and understanding, her service is efficient, and she’s always available whenever needed. I saw Dr. Nardine Bekhit for my neck pain and had a wonderful experience. I felt about 85% better after just one session, which was amazing. She used a combination of manual therapy, traction and soft tissue release which all felt great. I visited Healthcare House today for a prenatal chiropractic appointment with Dr. Nardine Bekhit. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I was unsure of what to expect. Dr. Bekhit was nothing short of amazing. She explained every step in detail, and the “why” behind each step. Her adjustments were so gentile and I was able to see instant results. Our family has been seen by Dr. El-Haddad for a few years and we have been very satisfied with the level of care. Her clinic is run like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Bekhit is so kind, approachable, and thorough. She really actively listens to your concerns and offers client centred care. She only does what I am comfortable with and always meets me where I’m at. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nardine Bekhit at Healthcare House! She is knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and kind. My 10-month old child has been having some feeding difficulty as we transition to solid foods. She did an in-depth assessment, gave us at-home exercises, and provided many other recommendations for products and strategies to try.
