The new moon symbolizes an opportunity for new beginnings and planting seeds for the future. On this day, carve out time to nurture and nourish your heart, soul, and body during our rest & reset mini retreat. Lindsay and Jenn will lead an afternoon of reiki-infused yin yoga and reiki-infused sound healing allowing you to fully relax and recharge. There will also be time for internal reflection and gentle guided meditation. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
