The intake is to be filled out with an electronic signature. If this is not completed in this timeline, the RMT will email/call/text. If there is no communication the appointment will face cancellation.

“I have been been seeing Glen & Mellissa at Helios, B4 they started Helios, so about 4 years I am guessing. Both are very good RMT's. I would recommend them to anyone who views massage as a form of treatment and prevention of muskulo-skeletal injury. I always feel amazing afterwards, and know that I will during the treatment. Their new business is well located, nicely setup, and inviting.
